VHPS sterilizer is a highly efficient, non-toxic and harmless biological decontamination equipment, which has been widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. It is suitable for on-line sterilization (SIP) of isolators, freeze dryers, aseptic dispensing tanks, aseptic transfer windows and small-space clean rooms in laboratories and production lines.

Vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizer uses hydrogen peroxide dry mist to have super sporicidal ability at room temperature. After generating free HO-, it is used to attack cell components, including lipids, proteins and DNA tissues, which can quickly It is converted into H2O/O2/CO2 to achieve the purpose of complete sterilization. Vaporized hydrogen peroxide sterilizer is a device that takes H2O2 solution (ie, hydrogen peroxide) with a concentration greater than 30% through a vaporizer to form hydrogen peroxide vapor aerosol, and transport it to a closed space to be sterilized through an anti-corrosion fan for biological decontamination. The sterilization system includes a vaporizer, a fan, a temperature and humidity sensor, a hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor, a PLC monitoring system, a switching solenoid valve, a hydrogen peroxide removal filter, a micro printer, and so on.
Brief description of work process
Biological decontamination process of hydrogen peroxide sterilizer: System preheating--Connect the inlet and outlet pipes of the sterilizer to the inlet and outlet ports of the airtight cabin, start the heater, and preheat and dehumidify the sterilization cabin; Steam hydrogen peroxide sol formation-start the sterilization process, input the hydrogen peroxide solution into the vaporizer to form sub-micron particles of hydrogen peroxide, and form hydrogen peroxide sol, which is input by the anti-corrosion fan to the airtight seal to be sterilized Space, continuous sterilization for 60-90min; Residual removal stage-start the removal of residues program, the air flow is switched to the hydrogen peroxide removal of residues, the hydrogen peroxide in the sterilization chamber is decomposed into water and oxygen, and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide is rapidly reduced. When the concentration drops below 1PPM, the system stops running and the sterilization chamber can be opened.
