The sterilization system includes a vaporizer, a fan, a temperature and humidity sensor, a hydrogen peroxide concentration sensor, a PLC monitoring system, a switching solenoid valve, a hydrogen peroxide removal filter, a micro printer, and so on.
Brief description of work process

When the concentration drops below 1PPM, the system stops running and the sterilization chamber can be opened.
