The VHPB normal temperature sterilization transfer cabinet is a specialized sterilization equipment that can provide biological decontamination on the surface of items when transferring items between different functions.
It is equipped with a dedicated hydrogen peroxide generator, a sterile air supply system, an electromagnetic door interlocking system, a sealed system, a system for removing residues after sterilization, a special HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and a sterilization medium delivery system.
It is widely used for normal temperature surface sterilization in places such as pharmaceuticals, medical treatment, hygiene, and biological experiments

 

Technical Features

· Automatic leak detection: inflate the cabin and check whether the system is closed. lf the airtight requirements are met, thesterilization process will be started. lf the airtight requirements are not met, continue to inflate and seal, and then leak detection, and soon, untilthe airtight conditions are met.
· Sterilization liquid shortage alarm: automatically judge whether the sterilization liquid is sufficient for a complete sterilizationprocess. lf the sterilization liquid is in sufficient, an alarm will be prompted.
· unique dehumidification method:dehumidifier is not reauired to maintain low humidity in the cabin during preheating andsterilization.
 · Eficient flash method: high-precision flash temperature control enables hydrogen peroxide to decompose and evaporate efficiently durina flash.
· Rapid decomposition and residue removal: the efficient hydrogen peroxide plasma decomposer can not only decompose thehydrogen peroxide suspended in space, but also decompose the hydrogen peroxide on the surface. Except for the residue, it is fast andcomplete, and does not need to be discharged.
· Record the whole nrocess of sterlization: automatically detect the steriization concentration and automatically draw the steriization process curve.
· Double-door electronic interlock function: when the equipment is in the state of leak detection, sterilization and residue removalboth doors cannot be opened. Only after the residue removal reaches the safe concentration can the side door of high cleanliness levelbe opened.The two doors cannot be opened at the same time. Bacteriostatic treatment of the · interior surface of the cabin: the interior surace is treated with special treatment, which can achievesterilization and bacteriostasis, and make the interior surface free of microbial breeding ground forever.
Software system conforming to computerized verification: the system has the function of audit trail and electronic sionature, Complywith the audit requirements of FDA 21CFR Part 11.
· Confiqurable ultraviolet disinfection lamp: ultraviolet disinfection is used when VHP sterilization is not reauired.
