 VHPS sterilizer is an equipment that forms hydrogen peroxide steam from H2O2 solution(i.e. hydrogen peroxide) through vaporizer,and then transmits it to the space to be sterilized through pipeline for biological decontamination.
It is widely used for room temperature sterilization of confined space, including transfer tank,filing machine,freeze-drying machine, isolator,clean room, and other places.
