VHPS sterilizer is an equipment that forms hydrogen peroxide steam from H202solution (i.e.hydrogen peroxide) through vaporizer, and then transmits it to the space to be sterilized through pipeline for biological decontamination. lt is widely used for room temperature sterilization of confined space, includingt ransfer tank, filling machine, freeze-drying machine, isolator, clean room and other places.
VHPS sterilizer takes advantage of the fact that hydrogen peroxide in a gaseous state at roomtemperature has a greater sporicidal ability than in a liquid state. Free hydroxyl groups are generated during production, which attack cellular components, including lipids, proteins, and DNA structures, meeting the requirements for complete sterilization.
1. Four unique technologies:
High - precision flash evaporation temperature control technology: High precision temperature control ensures that hydrogen peroxide does not decompose during evaporation, improving the sterilization efficiency of hydrogen peroxide.
High - efficiency biological decontamination ability: Due to the large air supply volume, the vaporized VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) can be quickly sent into the space, enabling VHP to spread rapidly in the space. This results in a short sterilization time and high sterilization efficiency.
Unique residue removal function: The use of a hydrogen peroxide remover can quickly reduce hydrogen peroxide vapor back to water and oxygen, with a short residue removal time and high efficiency.
Computerized verification software: Records the changes in parameters such as VHP concentration, flash evaporation temperature, temperature and humidity parameters, and hydrogen peroxide weight during the sterilization process, and generates reports.
2. Functional features:
