VHPS sterilizer is an equipment that forms hydrogen peroxide steam from H202solution (i.e.hydrogen peroxide) through vaporizer, and then transmits it to the space to be sterilized through pipeline for biological decontamination. lt is widely used for room temperature sterilization of confined space, including transfer tank, filling machine, freeze-drying machine, isolator, clean room and other places.

Computerized verification software: Records the changes in parameters such as VHP concentration, flash evaporation temperaturetemperature and humidity parameters, and hydrogen peroxide weight during the sterilization process,and generates reports.
