The air (wind) is sucked in by the fan (motor+impeller) inside the FFU fan filter unit. The absorbed air (wind) passes through the HEPA (High Efficiency Air Filter) or ULPA (Ultra High Efficiency Filter) filter screen under the FFU to filter out the large particles of dust particles in the air. Finally, the fresh air is uniformly sent to the clean room at a speed of 0.45m/s ± 20%.
Generally speaking, the clean rooms that can use FFU are all clean above 1000. Its basic structure is that the air first enters the top of the clean room through the MAU (first filter, medium efficiency filter), then the air is sent into the clean room through the FFU (secondary filter, HEPA or ULPA), and the air sent down is sent to the top of the clean room through the elevated floor, and then into the return air box.
